services

Booking regular sessions (for example 1 or 2 each week/fortnight for a period of time) enables us to fulfill your postpartum support requirements more thoroughly. Alternatively, I am available for acute situations that require extra support (unexpected hospital stay, partner’s work commitments, unsettled baby, minimal support, low sleep levels, long labour, multiples, birth trauma or emergency caesarean, feeding or medical issues). Sessions can also take place outside the home, if you need a support person for appointments or require a driver due to caesarean recovery. Client intake forms only need to be filled out once per client, so feel free to book back in even if it’s been a few months.

Postpartum sessions are also a PERFECT gift from the loved ones in your life. Overseas family who can’t get here? Baby shower gift? Grandparents-to-be often want to offer some financial contribution. Send me an email to enquire.

Standard Postpartum Support Session (3 hours)

9am – 12pm or  1pm – 4pm

$210

Three hours of steady, mood lightening support. Perfect for mums who are wanting a refresh and reset. This could consist of;

  • Non-judgemental and open-minded debrief around motherhood and parenting challenges
  • Nutritious meal/dinner/food prep
  • Support with feeding issues
  • A nap and/or a nice shower alone
  • Light house refresh/laundry/kitchen reset

Sessions are designed by the client and we can work to your individual postpartum priorities. There’s no pressure to ‘have it together’. Please don’t tidy up, get changed/ presentable, or host me. Treat me as you would a familiar aunty or old friend- I am here to support you, exactly as you are.

Extended Postpartum Session (5 hours)

9am – 2pm

$340

Five hours allows us to settle in deeper – to support both the practical and emotional sides of postpartum. This is a deeper, more spacious day of care. It’s especially helpful in the early weeks, during growth spurts/feeding/medical issues or just when things feel particularly heavy.

During an extended session, I could;

  • Spend time supporting feeding and sleeping rhythms
  • Prepare nourishing meals, snacks or dinners for the week ahead
  • Reset the home so it feels clearer and more manageable
  • Talk through hormonal changes, identity shifts, and matrescence
  • Support you to rest more deeply while I work behind the scenes
  • Discuss building a village of support and/or a self-care plan, including recommendations for services/groups/maternal health providers
  • Look at organisation for the week ahead and take some of that mental load off

The extended session gives space for the ‘little’ things that make a big difference – to feel a sense of steadiness and clarity returning.
